Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Hajer, the operator of hajer.ai. They cover your use of the site and of the early-access form. Read them together with the Privacy Policy, which explains how information you share is handled.
01Acceptance
By using the site or submitting the form, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
02What the site is
The site describes Hajer, an agent that maintains evals and harnesses, and lets you request early access. A submission tells us you are interested; it does not create an engagement or grant access, and Hajer is not obliged to respond to or accept any request.
Any use of Hajer itself is governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on the site is an offer, a quotation, or a guarantee of availability, timing, scope, or price.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 18 to use the form. If you submit on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. The site has no user accounts.
04Your submissions
When you use the form:
- Provide accurate information, and only information you are entitled to share.
- Do not submit confidential information, credentials, production data, or personal data about other people.
- Hajer may use what you submit as described in the Privacy Policy and may decline or remove any entry.
05Illustrative content
Any examples on the site are illustrations. They are not customer results, benchmarks, or predictions about your system or your evals.
The site is not engineering, legal, or compliance advice. Your team keeps full responsibility for what you test, what you deploy, and what you release.
06Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the Hajer name and mark belong to Hajer. You may view the site and share links to it; you may not copy, modify, or redistribute its content without permission.
Names of third-party models and providers that appear on the site belong to their owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship of, or endorsement by those owners.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Make automated, bulk, or false submissions.
- Interfere with the site or its infrastructure, or scrape it.
- Test the site’s security without prior written permission.
- Use the site in any way that is unlawful where you are.
08Third-party services
The site relies on hosting, database, email, and analytics providers, each governed by its own terms. Hajer is not responsible for those services.
09Disclaimers
The site is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, Hajer makes no warranty that the site is accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or free of errors.
No eval suite, maintained or otherwise, can eliminate the risk of shipping a change. Testing cannot prove the absence of untested failures, and nothing on this site claims otherwise.
10Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Hajer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Hajer’s total liability for claims relating to the site is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars or the amount you paid Hajer for use of the site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11Indemnity
You agree to cover Hajer against claims arising from a submission that breaks these terms or the law.
12Termination
Hajer may suspend access to the site or remove a list entry at any time, with or without notice.
13Changes to these terms
Hajer may change these terms by updating the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
14Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hajer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the site will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law where you live.
15General
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Hajer about the site. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Hajer’s failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. Hajer may assign these terms; you may not. No one other than you and Hajer has rights under them.
